2. How data arises on this website
This website is static: it uses no cookies, embeds no third-party services and contains no form that sends data to a server. The details you enter in the protected enquiry form (island, make & model, year & mileage) are assembled into a message on your own device only; the preview shows it in plain text. Nothing is transmitted until you tap one of the two buttons and send that message yourself via WhatsApp or e-mail.
3. Processing of your enquiry
When your message reaches us via WhatsApp or e-mail, we process the personal data it contains (e.g. your phone number or e-mail address and your vehicle details) in strict confidence and for one purpose only: the internal valuation of the vehicle via the Eurotax system and the response to your enquiry.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on the consent you give by actively sending the message (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
5. No transfer to third parties
No data are passed on to third parties without your express consent. Note: if you choose WhatsApp, the transmission runs via the WhatsApp service (Meta Platforms), whose own terms and privacy policy apply.
6. Storage period
We process your data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any legal obligations arising from it.
7. Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise them, contact info@cash4drive.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority AEPD (www.aepd.es).
