The website provides access to information, services and data belonging to MAS Motors S.L. The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the portal.

MAS Motors S.L. expressly declares that it does not carry out banking or credit operations subject to authorisation by the Banco de España or the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV). The model offered is a purely civil and commercial procedure of purchase and simultaneous lease-back of movable assets (sale and rent back / Venta Recuperable con Arrendamiento Simultáneo) under the Spanish Civil Code. 4. Applicable law & jurisdiction
The relationship between MAS Motors S.L. and the USER is governed by current Spanish law, and any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Palma de Mallorca, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that might apply.
